Amy Fike

Amy Fike, Executive Director-Amy is a longtime resident of Garrett County, has over 10 years of experience in the Business and Finance industries. In 2016 she obtained her B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of Maryland University College. Ms. Fike is a graduate student at Capella University where she intends to obtain her Masters in Psychology. Her career with GCLH began in August 2020 as the Finance Manager. During which time she assisted in numerous budgetary adjustments proving her to be an asset to GCLH. Amy is devoted to our mission to provide personalized psychiatric rehabilitation services to those with serious and persistent mental illness through empowerment and integration into community resources. She is a proven leader who’s humility, compassion, and passion are even more impressive than her academic and work credentials.




 Tiffany Hawkins, CPRP- Director of Behavioral Health Services – Tiffany joined Garrett County Lighthouse, Inc. as a Behavioral Health Technician in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program on July 31, 2014. In August 2014, Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, at Fairmont State University where she also cheered. During her time at Garrett County Lighthouse, Inc. Tiffany has also fulfilled the role as a Case Manager and she is currently the Director of Residential Rehabilitation and Crisis Services. In January 2018, Tiffany passed her exam to become a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. Tiffany currently lives in Oakland, MD with two daughters. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys going on side-by-side rides and watching four-wheeler and dirt bike races.






Randal Winebrenner – Director of Residential Rehabilitation and Crisis Services – Randy joined GCLH, Inc. in July of 2015. He started as a Behavioral Health Technician in our Crisis house and was later promoted to Rehabilitation Coordinator in 2018. Randy currently holds the Director of Residential Rehabilitation and Crisis Services position.  Randy became a peer specialist in 2017 and is currently working on becoming a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner.  Randy currently lives in Oakland, MD and in his spare time he likes to hang out with friends and play guitar.
